This is supposed to be a blog about the Strom, but I threw in a kids video just for kicks.

V Strom Gathering

Here is a video of a recent V-strom gathering that took place May 30 - June 1, 2008. In all about 70 riders gathered to Ceder City, UT. Several rides took place throughout the weekend including to Zions, the Grand Canyon and the infamous Highway 12 near Escalante. It was a great trip. I met allot of new people and saw lots of cool bikes.

Six hours on a dirt road. Sound fun? Well, yes it was fun, however it was really exhausting. On May 10th, my Dad and I, with about 6 other riders decided to ride the Pony Express Trail from Tooele to Just outside of Wendover, UT. It was great, I saw some great country, and my helmet is off to those PET riders back in the day. It's rough country and all they had was a fast horse and a package to deliver. I had a fast bike and a cushie seat and by the time I got home I was spent!
